Our Service Flow
Once the order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery of the requested cutlery to your event location. After using our cutlery, just place them back in our containers. We will recollect, wash and reuse them.

1.Online Ordering
Choose the suitable cutlery and place order on 5 working days before the event
2.Order Confirmation
You will receive our quotation within 24 hours. Please check and confirm the order as instructed.
3.Logistics arrangement
After confirmation, we will prepare the necessary cutler accordingly and deliver them on the event date.
4. Use and Recollect
After using the cutlery, please remove residue on the tableware or the liquid in the glasses and place them back in the plastic containers before we return to collect them.

  • This part is for events below 1,000 pax.

  • Basic rental cost = Daily Rental Price x Amount
  • Logistics charge is priced as below.
    Hong Kong Island $280
    Kowloon $200
    New Territories (Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Sai Kung) $250
    New Territories (Tai Po, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District) $280
    (The rate is for one round-trip only.
    If additional delivery service is needed, rate will be adjusted.
  • Tableware rental is for 24 hours. 30% of the basic rental cost will be charged for additional 24 hours rental. Tableware return has to be arranged within 24 hours after using.
  • Please place your order 5 working days before event date.
  • For order of $1000 or above, 50% deposit has to be made as confirmation.
  • Payment/remaining amount has to be made on the event date.
  • If client cancels the confirmed order 3 days before event date, full payment is needed.
  • Logistics charge includes both journeys of delivery and collection.
  • Service hour is 1000-2200 every day. Extra charge may be incurred for logistics outside this period.
  • Logistics service covers only area that is accessible by trolley from the parking point. (Area/buildings without lift or where can only be accessed through staircases are not included)
  • Extra cost is incurred for remote area (Tung Chung, Park Island, Discovery Bay, etc). Please enquire us for details.
  • Minimum rental cost is $800 (logistics and other additional cost are excluded).
  • Basic price does not include tableware setting.
  • We will deliver to the appointed location at the appointed time as specified in order confirmation. The cutlery will be contained in plastic containers and ready for use. Empty containers and signages will be provided as well.
  • Customers do not have to wash the tableware, but please remove residue on the tableware and place them back in the plastic containers before collection time.
  • We will return to the event site to collect the used cutlery.
  • If there is any loss/damage of the items, damage compensation price will be charged. Please refer to individual quotation.
